Todd Leathers works as the Executive Director, Development Operations at Incyte Corporation.  He has over 20 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical development industry.  He has held various positions of increasing responsibility within clinical operations arena with companies such as DuPont Pharmaceuticals, Merck, AstraZeneca, and Incyte.  Todd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Organizational Design and Leadership Management from Drexel University. 

Todd has been a close personal friend of Pat and Pam Lutz for over 30 years.  His passionate interest in supporting Greet the Dawn Foundation is based in combining utilization of existing oncology clinical trial information with compassionate, educated patient advocates.

Todd lives in West Chester, PA, and has two children, Gabe and Maya.  He is an avid adventure traveler.  Many of those travels being shared with Pat Lutz.  Live, Give, Love! 

Jeff Barcafar has over 30 years of experience in distribution and manufacturing sales.  He was President of Specialty Premier Products prior to being acquired by Barentz North America.  Barentz specializes in products for the personal care industry.

In addition to his career, he has been an active supporter and Board Member of Shriners International.  Shriners International is a fraternity based on fun, fellowship, and the Masonic principles of brotherly love, relief, and truth. The fraternity established Shriners Hospitals for Children as its official philanthropy in 1922 and continues to support it today while striving to make the world a happier, better place.

Jeff met Pat as a customer and with his wife, Diana became personal friends of Pat and Pam.  A great bond was developed traveling together on many occasions with Pam and often the kids too.

Jeff has experienced the loss from colon and other forms of cancer in his family.  He wants to use his background from the charity work at Shriners Hospitals to help build Pam’s legacy. We will embrace the light of each day.
 

Since 2018, Diana has been employed as a Sales Representative for Bar Mart, a distributor of various products for package stores, bars, and restaurants in the Fort Worth, Texas area. She was also a Sales Representative with APCO Graphics Inc., a manufacturer of architectural products for 32 years.

Diana met Pam and Pat through her husband Jeff. Their working relationship quickly carried over to a fun-filled, family-like, friendship. Diana enjoys golfing with her husband and working in her yard; nothing makes her prouder than seeing roses bloom and the grass green. Most of all, Diana and Jeff enjoy traveling with family and friends, going to new places, and experiencing all it has to offer. Diana is excited about working on Greet The Dawn and making a difference in honor of her dear friend Pam.

Patrick was Pam's stepson for 30 years before her passing due to colon cancer. Additionally, his stepfather is a colon cancer survivor, making this cause extremely relevant and important to him.

Patrick has spent the past 15 years in digital and print marketing, where he ensures his customers are successful as their trusted advisor. He hopes that these skills translate into everyone knowing Pam's story, providing resources that allow cancer patients and their families to advocate for themselves, and so that others have the opportunity to detect cancer early.

​

Patrick resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with his two amazing daughters, Cadence and Lyra, and his loving wife Amanda. He also shares his residence with the boys: Sentry the dog and Apollo the cat. Patrick is a thriller movie junkie and avid retro video game collector, which adequately fills the remaining vacancies in his home.
